Common questions
Do you handle the whole remodel or just parts of it?
The whole thing. Demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, paint and the finish work are all in-house, so the job does not stop while we wait on somebody else's schedule.
Can you work from plans, or do you help figure out the design?
Either. We build from plans, and we also do design build, where the design and the construction are the same contract rather than two.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. We come out, look at the actual job, and quote it. That free visit is how we price everything. Pricing a job properly usually means seeing it, which is why we do not give firm numbers over the phone.
Can you handle a job that crosses trades?
That is the main reason to call us. A bathroom remodel touches plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall and paint, and we cover all of it, so you are not coordinating four contractors and absorbing the gaps between them.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. California contractor license #1132115. You can look it up on the CSLB website with that number.
