What we collect

Only what you send. If you use the form, that is your name, your phone number, your email address, the trade you need, the job address or neighborhood, and whatever you write in the message box. If you call instead, we have your number and whatever you tell us on the phone.

How the form works

The form does not post to a server we run. When you send it, it opens your own email program with the details already filled in and you send the message yourself, from your own account. It arrives at sales@sanfranciscorgsolution.com, which is a Google Workspace mailbox.

That means there is no database of enquiries sitting behind this website. Your message is an email, and it lives in our inbox like any other.

What we use it for

To call you back, work out what the job needs, quote it and schedule it. The form says that sending it means we may call or text you about your request, and that is what we use your number for. There is no mailing list on this site and nothing to subscribe to.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to advertisers. There are no advertising, tracking or social media scripts anywhere on this site.

Cookies, analytics and your browser

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics. It makes no requests to any other company's servers, including for fonts, which are served from this site rather than from Google.

One thing is stored in your browser: a single entry called rgIntro, which records that you have already seen the short opening animation so it does not play again. It sits in session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab, and it holds no information about you.

Our host and our email

The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs including the IP address of each request, as every web host does. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Both handle that under their own terms, on our behalf.

Asking us what we hold

Ask and we will tell you what we have about you, and delete it if you want it gone. The exception is information we still need for work we are doing for you, or for our own business records. Call or email us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Changes

If any of this changes, we will change this page and the date at the top of it.
