Common questions
Can you do lighting as part of a remodel?
Yes, and it is the right time to do it. Running new circuits and moving fixtures is cheap while walls are open and expensive once they are closed. If we are already doing your remodel, the electrical is part of the same scope.
Do you do exterior and landscape lighting?
Yes. Exterior lighting is a service in its own right for us, including low-voltage runs for paths, decks and yards.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. We come out, look at the actual job, and quote it. That free visit is how we price everything. Pricing a job properly usually means seeing it, which is why we do not give firm numbers over the phone.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. California contractor license #1132115. You can look it up on the CSLB website with that number.
Can you handle a job that crosses trades?
That is the main reason to call us. A bathroom remodel touches plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall and paint, and we cover all of it, so you are not coordinating four contractors and absorbing the gaps between them.
