What is under the shingles decides the price
Nobody can tell you what a roof costs from the ground. Most of the risk on a re-roof is the decking, and you only find out what state it is in on the day it is uncovered. We look before we quote, say plainly what we can and cannot see, and price the decking as a known possibility rather than discovering it halfway through.

What kind of roofs do you do?
Shingle roofs, replacement and repair. If you have tile, slate, metal or a flat membrane roof, call and ask rather than assuming. We would rather tell you it is not our work than take it on badly.
Can you do the roof and the work underneath it?
Yes, and that is usually why people call us for it. A roof that comes off often means framing, insulation, venting or an attic conversion at the same time, and one crew for all of it keeps that on a single schedule.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. We come out, look at the actual job, and quote it. That free visit is how we price everything. Pricing a job properly usually means seeing it, which is why we do not give firm numbers over the phone.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. California contractor license #1132115. You can look it up on the CSLB website with that number.
Can you handle a job that crosses trades?
That is the main reason to call us. A bathroom remodel touches plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall and paint, and we cover all of it, so you are not coordinating four contractors and absorbing the gaps between them.
