Common carpentry & handyman jobs
Common questions
Is there a minimum job size?
Call and describe it. Small jobs are a real part of what we do, and it is often worth batching a few of them into one visit rather than booking each separately.
Can you do several unrelated jobs in one visit?
Yes, and it is usually the cheaper way to do it. Make a list before we come out and we will price it as one visit.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. We come out, look at the actual job, and quote it. That free visit is how we price everything. Pricing a job properly usually means seeing it, which is why we do not give firm numbers over the phone.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. California contractor license #1132115. You can look it up on the CSLB website with that number.
Do you cover my area?
We work across San Francisco, the Peninsula and the East Bay. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask. The answer is usually yes.
