My water heater has failed. How fast can you get to it?
Call us. Water heaters are a job we turn around quickly where we can, and we have fixed them same-day. Calling is much faster than the form for anything urgent.
Do you repair or just replace?
Both, and we will tell you which one makes sense. A repair that will not last is not a saving, and a replacement you did not need is not one either.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. We come out, look at the actual job, and quote it. That free visit is how we price everything. Pricing a job properly usually means seeing it, which is why we do not give firm numbers over the phone.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. California contractor license #1132115. You can look it up on the CSLB website with that number.
Do you cover my area?
We work across San Francisco, the Peninsula and the East Bay. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask. The answer is usually yes.
