You will be dealing with Gabriel.

Clients keep naming Gabriel in their reviews because he is the one who turns up, works out what is actually wrong, and explains it in plain language before anything gets touched. He brings his own crew.

That is the whole model. We carry the trades in-house instead of subcontracting them out, so a bathroom that needs plumbing, electrical, tile and paint is one contractor and one quote, and one person to call when something does not line up.

We come out and look at the job before we price it, and that visit is free. Sometimes that means telling you to spend more than you planned: one client called us out to repair a furnace and we recommended replacing it, because at that age the repair would not have held. Sometimes it means a good deal less. Another came to us after a different company quoted him three times what his water heater job was worth. Both of them wrote about it afterwards.

Quoting this way is slower than giving a number over the phone.

“He takes pride in doing good work, and I really appreciate his thorough explanations of what needs to be done. I'm a repeat client.”
