Common questions
Do you work around business hours?
Tell us the constraint when you call. Scheduling around trading hours is a normal part of commercial work and it is easier to plan for up front than to work around later.
Can you take on a full tenant improvement?
Yes. We carry the trades in-house, so a fit-out can run as one contract rather than a stack of separate ones you have to coordinate.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. We come out, look at the actual job, and quote it. That free visit is how we price everything. Pricing a job properly usually means seeing it, which is why we do not give firm numbers over the phone.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. California contractor license #1132115. You can look it up on the CSLB website with that number.
Do you cover my area?
We work across San Francisco, the Peninsula and the East Bay. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask. The answer is usually yes.
